Robb has coached baseball teams at WMLL since 2014 at the Rookie, Minor, Major, Junior & Senior League levels. He has also coached WMLL Tournament Teams at the U10, U11, U12 & U16 levels.  Robb also serves as the Rookie Baseball League Coordinator. Robb & his wife have a son who has been a part of WMLL as a player since 2014 and served as a volunteer for the Challenger League. Robb works at Madison Property Management as well as sports radio host and play-by-play for Badgers Hockey.

VICE PRESIDENT - SOFTBALL, NATE JUDNIC

Nate played baseball and softball growing up in southeastern Wisconsin cheering for the Milwaukee Brewers and continues to love the game.  He coaches both sports for all three of his kids (Bella, Rylan, Hudson) at WMLL.  Nate is married and his wife Nici played softball growing up in Iowa and has coached softball and has been a team coordinator at WMLL.  Professionally, Nate is Legal Counsel for the Department of Administration in Madison

TREASURER, MIKE HARMS

Mike and family became involved with WMLL in 2023; his son William plays Minor League Baseball and daughter Lilly plays Major League Softball. Last year, he coached William’s summer and fall teams. Mike grew up in Southwest Wisconsin where he spent his summers playing baseball and winters playing basketball. He’s lived in Madison for 25 years, his wife Beth is a 8th grade Math teacher in Verona; in our spare time, we love to visit our family’s cabin in Boulder Junction to boat and snowmobile. I’m an avid Badger Football fan and cheer on the Brew Crew. Mike also currently works for JPMorgan Chase as a Branch Manager.

BRADY HAFERMAN

Board member since October 2023 
Brady has been involved at WMLL since his oldest son, Drew, started in Rookie ball in 2016. He started helping during games as needed and eventually became an assistant coach and has now been a head coach for his youngest son (Mason) for the last 3 seasons. In 2023, Drew will be playing in the Senior League and Mason in his last year of Majors. In addition to coaching, Brady will be the league coordinator for the Junior League this season. Professionally, Brady is an optometrist at Group Health Cooperative in Madison.

ANDREW HAHN

Andrew has been involved coaching his now 10-year-old son at WMLL since he was 8 and is a head coach of an inaugural West Madison Travel Team.  Andrew grew up playing at WMLL and is excited to be able to continue to be a part of this great program and community as a father, coach, spectator & now board member.  Andrew has worked at the University of Wisconsin as a researcher in medical imaging since 2011.

CHAD KIMMEL

Chad has coached baseball teams at WMLL since 2016 at the Rookie, Minor, Major, and Junior levels. He has also coached WMLL tournament teams at the U9, U10, and U11 levels including the 2019 U11 District Championship baseball team. Chad has two children playing at WMLL and has a passion for growing the games of baseball and softball in the Madison community. Professionally, Chad works as the Assistant Athletic Director for Development in the Wisconsin Athletic Department. 

HARRY MILLER (PAST PRESIDENT)

Board member since October 1994
The longest tenured member of the Board, Harry has been a WMLL volunteer since 1992 and served on the Board nearly 30 years.  He has filled a variety of positions including President, VP-Baseball, Baseball  Operations Committee chair, Umpire coordinator, Tournament Team Coordinator, as well as League Coordinator for every league in the Baseball program.  Harry has organized several of our special events such as Little League Night at the Brewers, 50th season celebration in 2008, and the annual Major Baseball day at Helfaer Field in Milwaukee.  He is married to Marge and has a daughter, two sons, and two granddaughters, all of whom have been active at WMLL.  Retired from the Wisconsin Historical Society, he coached his sons at all levels of the Baseball program, and a granddaughter in Softball.  Daughter, Abbie, and son, Nate, have also coached in the WMLL Softball program.  He is the recipient of the 2012 Vern Ruhle Little League Volunteer of the year award, as presented by Wisconsin District 4 Little League, and in 2022 WMLL recognized his contributions by naming the WMLL Senior Field in his honor.

ADAM PLOTKIN

Adam Plotkin joined the WMLL Board of Directors in 2025. Adam has been a head coach and assistant coach for Major and Junior League teams at WMLL. His daughter played and umpired for Minor, Major, and Junior League baseball.  Adam lives near West High School where his daughter attends. He works for the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He is a ride or die Milwaukee Brewers fan.

CASEY SLAUGHTER BECKER

CHAD THUMS

Chad has been involved with WMLL since 2017.  While his son Nick was playing at WMLL, Chad assistant coached various regular season and tournament teams.  Chad also coached a summer travel baseball team at the U14 & U15 level.  His son Nick started playing WMLL at U11 and continued until U16.  Nick now umpires at WMLL and still enjoys being part of the WMLL community.  WMLL developed Nick's love of the game and he will be playing college baseball at College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN starting in the 2024/25 season.  Chad is married to Deb, who also participated in various activities at WMLL, such as parent representative.  Professionally, Chad is a sales representative for Thermo Fisher Scientific.

MIKE WEGNER

Board member since October 2023 
Mike and his family became involved with WMLL in 2022. He currently has a daughter playing Major League softball, a son in Minor League baseball and his youngest daughter will start playing next fall. Mike’s wife, Jess, has coached softball the last two years and Mike has been an assistant baseball coach. He grew up playing baseball every spring and summer through high school and currently enjoys following the Brewers and Mallards. Professionally Mike is a water resources engineer working for Brown and Caldwell.
