This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available. Please note, PARENTS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTATION (i.e. school enrollment, birth certificate, etc..) IN ORDER TO COMPLETE INITIAL REGISTRATION.
SNACK FEE - PREPAYMENT
For the 2026 Spring/Summer Season all leagues have a prepaid snack fee. This is a mandatory fee for snacks at the end of each game. For new families this means that when your kid is done with a game they can join their teammates up at the concessions stand and get $3 worth of concessions (they choose what to order).
If they want more than $3 worth of concessions after the game then parent/guardian will have to provide the extra money.
The difference between the fees (both for league and snack fee) is due to the number of games each of the leagues play. Teams may not play this exact number of games at the end of the season due to playoff success and variable rainout schedule make-up capabilities.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a discount on the 3rd+ child's registration fee. Please email [email protected] BEFORE completing your 3rd+ child's registration(s) in order to be provided a coupon code to receive such discount.
PLAYER SCHOLARSHIPS
This season qualifying families can receive scholarship support. Information on Player Scholarships can be found HERE. Families should email WMLL's President, Jerry Schmitt ([email protected]) and Executive Director, Ryan Allen ([email protected]) to confirm eligibility. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the family will be provided with a coupon code to use at registration checkout.
MANDATORY SERVICE REQUIREMENT
All families will be presented with the question on if they would like to opt out of WMLL's Mandatory Service Requirement for a fee of $180 per player ($360 max per family). To review WMLL's Mandatory Service Requirement, CLICK HERE.
FAMILIES OUTSIDE OF BOUNDARY
In certain divisions and circumstances, WMLL does allow players and families who live outside of the Little League established boundary to participate. If you are one of these families, you may be greeted with a message indicating that you are outside of boundary when you submit all registration information. If this message appears for you, please just click “Continue Registration” and you will be permitted to move forward and complete checkout.
LATE REGISTRATION STARTS MARCH 2ND
All families should note that Late Fees may apply to those who register after March 1st. If there is no longer space in that league we would encourage you to register and be added to our waitlist. There is no fee to register and be added to our waitlist. Spots may open up and you will be notified if/when that occurs. Late fees and waitlists are dynamic so the best way to find out if you will be assessed a late fee or only have an option to join a waitlist is to proceed here with registration and the system will automatically present the available option.
FALL REGISTRATION
For those families who do wish to register their child for one of WMLL's Fall League offerings, registration typically opens around July 1st each Summer, so make sure to check back around that time to get your child signed up!
